: There are many special treatments for general body care and rejuvenation and revitalisation of body and mind.

Stress management program
Stress is one of the most frequent and debilitating disorder seen in today's social situation. This can be often linked to profession, family life, sequel of diseases, and social security. Over a period of time stress lead to the total disharmony of the physical and mental attributes. This program is based on the basic principles of Ayurveda, which has mentioned various remedies like siro dhara, abhyangam, pizhichil, talam, nasyam and a wide range of herbal potions for re-establishing the physio-mental harmony and thereby to recharge the body.

Detoxification program (Pancha karma)
Human body is prone to toxic manifestations both internally and externally. Such manifestations especially through wrong food habits and life styles lead to gradual deterioration of natural body functions and thereby lead to diseases. Eliminating these toxins out of the body is the main of the program- which is achieved by properly combining the five basic purificatory processes traditionally known as “pancha karma”. With strict pre and post karma regimes and medications, toxins are expelled effectively and the normalcy of body functions is restored.

Rejuvenation therapy
The term “ojas” represents the essential force of all the body tissues, which promotes all the body functions. Hectic life styles, stress, tensions, wrong food habits, diseases etc can lower this ojas leading to lethargy, disorientation, lack of energy and interest. Ayurveda has given the answer through its time tested treatments and medicinal formulations to regain the ojas and thereby recharge the body for maximum perfomance. This also protects the body against the harmful effects of free radicals and decelerates the ageing process. Treatments like njavarakizhi, ksheera dhaara, takra dhara, kaaya sekam, combined with a specific group of rejuvenating medicaments called “rasayanas” are employed in the process.

In this program we manage specific diseases like osteo arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis, cervical spondylosis,and general conditions affecting the skeletal system. Combinations of treatments like snehanam, abyangam, pizhichil, njavarakizhi,choorna swedam, vasthi, dhaanyamla swedam etc with internal administration of Ayurvedic herbal medicaments are used according to the varying physical conditions. The se treatments cure arthritis and brings many to lead a normal life without the burdening pains.

Obesity is one of the most vulnerable physical conditions that occur to humans, mainly as a result of wrong food and routines. Combinations of specific treatments like udwarthanam, swedam, lepam, virechanam, etc along with strict food and routine restrictions and discipline is very important in loosing weight.
SERUM CHOLESTROL level can also be controlled by utilizing the above treatment programme.
